Shipping

We do our best to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of order being placed. We take great care in each and every order no matter how big or small.  We ship Monday - Friday until 5:00pm EST.

Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail or with the United States Post Office with tracking. The average shipping time is 5-10 days.

***Except for these custom made items, which ship within 10-14 days:  Kota Couture Tutu Outfits, All Rachel on the Flower, and Bubbles and Company.

Exchanges & Returns:

Sprinkle Me Pink strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an exceptional shopping experience.

~All items are returnable, see paragraph below, except for:  Jubilee Collection (lighting), Kota Couture Tutu Outfits, All Rachel on the Flower Items, All Bubbles and Company Items.  If for some reason your item is defective, please contact us for a return authorization form, should this be the case and your item may be exchanged.~ 

If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 10 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. You will still be responsible for postage. Upon receipt of your approved return, Sprinkle Me Pink will either issue a refund or ship the item you selected in exchange. 

Sales Tax:

Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Michigan address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
