This is a hand painted tutu hair bow holder. It comes in mini, small, large and ballroom, with a sweet ribbon to attach your little ones hair bows to. Each is handpainted and no two are alike. Each is finished with a glossy finish so cleaning is a breeze. Ribbons are heat sealed to prevent fraying and secured tightly to the back. The back is covered in felt to protect your walls.
